It's Time To Think SAFETY!Real estate agents interact with the public on a daily basis, and unfortunately, that can make them targets for robbery, theft, or even murder. Each year a number of real estate agents are robbed, attacked and killed. You will probably make it through your career without a single incident, but why take a chance on being UNPREPARED? Take action! Our team has put together a comprehensive, entertaining and educational program to teach agents about safety in their work environment. This class covers several facets of safety and self-defense. Do you know how 80% of women escaped attackers in an altercation? How do you effectively use pepper spray? How do you show houses with a SAFE mindset while still getting the sale? What should you do to ensure a SAFE open house or model home? What should a broker keep in mind to keep his or her agents as safe as possible? These, and many more items, will be discussed in a dynamic and entertaining presentation! Your Safety Matters!
